Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes. After you submit our contact form, we will reach out to schedule a convenient time to walk through the property, discuss your concerns, and provide an accurate price.

 

Pricing can vary depending on the property’s size, location, surface materials, accessibility, and the type and severity of staining. An in-person walkthrough allows us to explain the process and provide an accurate quote.

Scheduling depends on availability, the size of the project, and weather conditions. Once you approve your quote, we will work with you to choose a convenient service date.

Before we arrive, please move vehicles, decorations, furniture, and other personal belongings away from the areas being cleaned. Make sure all windows and doors are securely closed, and let us know about any damaged surfaces, leaks, pets, or areas that require special care.

You do not always need to be present as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any necessary water connections. We will communicate with you before, during, and after the service.

Pressure washing, soft washing, and one-time window cleaning services are paid upon completion. Window cleaning service plans require a card on file and are charged before each scheduled cleaning.

 

Yes. Projects totaling more than $600 require a deposit before the service date can be secured. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided with your quote.

We use professional methods and products to achieve the best possible improvement. However, some permanent staining, oxidation, surface damage, or deeply embedded contaminants may not be completely removable. We will discuss any limitations we identify during the walkthrough.

 

Exterior cleaning may need to be rescheduled during unsafe or severe weather conditions. If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you and arrange the next available service date.
